As always, the safety of our guests and staff remains a top priority. Here are a few updates on the additional steps that we’re taking during these challenging times.

At Robert Thomas Homes, the safety of our guests and staff remains a top priority. We wanted to take a few minutes to update you on the additional steps that we’re taking during these challenging times.

First, our Showcase Models Homes are still open. You can currently tour these models Thursday through Monday, from 12-5 pm, or by appointment. At this time, we have implemented enhanced cleaning protocols in each of these homes. This includes sanitizing commonly touched surfaces regularly, including:

• Bathrooms
• Light switches
• Door, cabinet, and appliance handles
• Handrails and countertops
• Hard surface floors

We’re also encouraging social distancing at each of our locations and limiting traffic within our model homes to 2 groups and a maximum of 10 guests at a time. As we implement these strategies, we ask for your patience, especially if you have to wait outside for a short period of time.

In addition to touring our model homes, you can also explore these spaces in virtual environments from the comfort of your own home.
