The process was smooth and enjoyable, and the result is a beautiful home we’re excited to begin our next chapter in. I would absolutely recommend this team to others. A few standouts included the ability to submit custom options at no cost for consideration (something that differentiates from a competitor offering), consistent communication/milestone check-ins, use of the RT NoviHome app, and the flexibility to visit the home during non-peak hours (Sunday afternoons were a highlight for us to see the progress!)
