Job Description

The Sales Assistant supports the New Home Consultant by staffing model home open houses across multiple communities, welcoming visitors, capturing leads, and helping create a positive first impression for prospective buyers and real estate agents.

Job Requirements

• 2+ years in a customer service related field or role
• Desire to assist others
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to hold a conversation
• Professional dress and demeanor
• Reliable transportation
• Prior sales experience in any field is helpful; new construction experience not required

Job Responsibilities

PART-TIME DAYS:
Typically two days a week from 12pm to 5pm, including weekends. Days vary by location and month.
