Robert Thomas Homes Wins Reggie Award – 2014 Parade Of Homes

Last Thursday, the Builders Association of the Twin Cities (BATC) hosted their annual Building Industry Awards Gala, to honor and recognize top builders and trade partners, for their excellence in the home building industry.  During the award ceremony Robert Thomas Homes was presented with our first Reggie Award℠ for The Summerlyn showcase model in The Harvest (Chaska, MN), during this past 2014 Parade of Homes.

Part of the Tradition Collection, The Summerlyn, showcases 3,440 square feet including: 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, an upper level bonus, and a 3-car garage. The main level features hardwood flooring, a living area with a double-sided fireplace including custom built-in bookcases, a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel GE® kitchen appliances, granite countertops, and ceramic tile backsplash, and a prep kitchen ideal for entertaining.  The upper level includes a spacious bonus room/flex space with pre-wired media surround sound, an owner’s suite, guest bedroom with private bath, and bedrooms 2 and 3 include a Jack-and-Jill bathroom.

WHAT IS THE REGGIE AWARD℠ & HOW IS IT JUDGED?

The Annual Reggie Award℠ is presented to builders to recognize their outstanding achievement(s) on a series of categories based on design, construction quality, and value of the homes entered.  Each home entered is judged by panel of other builders and industry professionals that view the houses during the Parade of Homes.  This past fall, a total of 99 homes were entered; with only 15 homes taking home trophies.
